Return and exchanges
We offer quick and easy returns and exchanges for all customers up to 14 days from receipt of order.
If you want to return an item please fill out the customer service form with the order number & the reason of your return, our customer support team will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. NOTE: We do not accept returns if they are not registered with us!
We accept products unworn, unused and undamaged for an exchange or a return when sent back in the original choosebyfelice packaging within 14 days starting from the delivery date of the order.
The shipping costs are for the customer. We advise you to send your return with Track & Trace so that the status and delivery of your shipment can be tracked. Choosebyfelice is not responsible for damage to returns and loss of returns.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All the pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
In case of exchange for another product with a different amount, the amount payed in excess will be refunded through the same payment method, or if the product to exchange has a higher amount than the product that you purchased (at the time you placed the order), you will be asked to pay the difference.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, please note that the shipping costs of the original order are excluded from the amount to be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ITEMS WARRANTY
Every item we sold comes with a 8 weeks warranty, starting from the delivery date of the order. The warranty only applies to factory defects and damage which have not been provoked by an incorrect use of the item. We will carefully study if, by any chance, the defects have been caused by an improper use of the piece(s).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.
